Part 2 of the Demolition Lovers series. In My Chemical Romance's first album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, frontman Gerard Way begins illustrating the story of two lovers through music. The story of one man, one woman, and the corpses of 1,000 evil men...
It took me a while to decide whether or not I should upload this. It doesn't really tie in with the plot of the Demolition Lovers, but it makes reference to it in the middle of the song-- "a thousand bodies piled up". But in the end, I figured that this was a cool wallpaper anyway.
"Drowning Lessons" might be reflecting back upon the relationship he had with his girlfriend before he got blown apart. Their relationship was on the rocks; they were constanly fighting and he was just "killing her" over time (I guess that's the deal with the whole pushing her down a well thing).
Then, of course, in Demolition Lovers, he dies.
But I don't agree with this theory at all... It doesn't make much sense to me. In this song, he doesn't seem to be too fond of his girlfriend, while in "Demolition Lovers", he claims he'd die for her. O.o There's something wrong with that picture.
